Today starts my Work out Wednesday Fitness Challenge, official title is 30 for 30. 30 minutes of movement, everyday, for 30 days. Like many of us sometimes do, I have fallen off the fitness wagon. It goes a little something like this….family – check!, career – check! Mommy duties – check! Fitness – uncheck, not checked, checked out.
